Smaller items that weigh less than 100 lbs, depending on size, will be delivered by UPS or FedEx. This service includes the item being brought into your office or home, but if no one is there to receive the package it may be left without a signature. If not, the carrier will either attempt to deliver your item another time or leave instructions on how to arrange another delivery. After you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 5 business days until the product is delivered to your location.
